A dedicated support email address is being set up and will be published on this page when IELTS Writing Simulator launches. When you write, include the email address of your IELTS Writing Simulator account and, if you are reporting a problem, what you did and what you expected to happen — a screenshot helps.

IELTS Writing Simulator is an independent project, so support is best-effort rather than a call center — most messages are answered within a couple of days.

You can cancel or update your subscription yourself at any time from Account → Manage subscription (the Stripe customer portal) — no email needed. For anything the portal doesn't cover, use the contact channel above.
